Director’s Message

At Delhi Science Academy, we believe that every student is unique and deserves personal care, attention, and guidance.

I, Manoj Kumar, an IIT Delhi alumni, have been teaching Chemistry for more than 15 years at India’s leading organizations such as FIITJEE and Aakash. Over these years, I have mentored countless students who achieved remarkable success in IIT-JEE and NEET.

According to me, teaching is not just about delivering content—it is about motivating students to:

• Learn how to read a book effectively
• Develop critical thinking
• Build problem-solving skills
• Cultivate a mindset to face new challenges with confidence

I firmly believe that success in any competitive exam is a byproduct of a disciplined life. Along with academics, students must be guided on:

• Maintaining proper food habits and diet
• Regular exercise for mental & physical fitness
• Respectful behavior towards parents, teachers, and society

Even if a student does not clear a competitive exam, he or she is still a winner in life if these values are instilled.

To ensure quality mentoring, I also conduct small-group classes (up to 20 students), especially for learners from remote parts of India. My experience has shown that students with discipline, humility, and consistency are the ones who achieve lasting success.

At Delhi Science Academy, our motto is not only to prepare students for competitive exams but also to shape disciplined, responsible, and successful individuals for the future.
