These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, mobile applications, and coaching services. By enrolling in our programs or accessing our content, you agree to follow the terms below.
1. Eligibility
Our courses are primarily for students of Class 11th and 12th preparing for Boards and competitive exams. Enrollment is open to any student who meets the age and academic criteria.
2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Multiple accounts or impersonation will result in suspension.
3. Code of Conduct
We expect students to maintain discipline during online and offline sessions. Misuse of the platform, abusive language, or disruptive behavior may lead to termination of access.
4. Study Material
- All notes, e-books, and recorded lectures are for personal use only.
- Re-distribution, sharing, or reselling of content is strictly prohibited.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments must be completed before attending classes. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except in rare cases as per our refund policy. EMI or installment facilities may be offered on request.
6. Online Classes & Technical Issues
We strive to provide uninterrupted online sessions. However, technical failures (like internet issues, server downtime) may occur. Delhi Science Academy is not liable for external disruptions beyond our control.
7. Teacher & Student Interaction
Respectful communication between faculty and students is mandatory. Harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
8. Examination & Performance
We conduct regular tests and evaluations to track student progress. Performance depends on student’s efforts; we do not guarantee ranks or marks in board or competitive exams.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All logos, course content, study materials, and software are property of Delhi Science Academy. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any academic, financial, or personal losses incurred while using our services. Our responsibility is limited to delivering coaching as per the course structure.
11. Termination of Services
Delhi Science Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms without prior notice.
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of New Delhi jurisdiction.
